THE WALKING DEAD continues to grab and hold audiences attention, keeping us on a steady diet of an apocalyptic world that takes the time to iron out amazing stories along with nail biting moments of possible death lurking at every corner. It's easy to see why we keep coming back for more.
We recently reported that WALKING DEAD producer David Alpert revealed that TWD crew has ideas penciled in all of the way up until a possible twelve season. With that much planned ahead of time it is very curious as to which current cast members would make it that long if any of them?
Much speculation is easily taken from the hit comic book series created by Robert Kirkman who is also the show's creator. We have seen many similarities between both projects although things do change up so nothing is ever for certain.
Kirkman, who loves to kill off main characters, recently spoke to THR
and was asked what the likelihood is that we will be seeing some major fatalities near the front side of season five?
"It's always highly likely, though I wouldn't say that it's any more likely than it ever is, but it is always extremely likely." said Kirkman, "We did pull back on the reins a little bit at the end of season four. We're definitely going to hit the ground running for season five and we really don't let up very quickly at all. It's going to be a pretty fast-paced, intense season."
With the rumors bouncing around about Glenn, played by Steven Yeun, possibly becoming a casualty Kirkman was asked what his thoughts were responding:
"I absolutely love it. It means people care and people are paying attention. So keep those rumors flying."
The Season 4 finale came to a close leaving us seeing the gang trapped inside of a train car in Terminus. Keep in mind that the "city" is populated by cannibals so nothing is for sure but anything is possible.
