This year marked the 30 year Anniversary of all that is GHOSTBUSTERS. There have been a lot of rumors going around as to what the GHOSTBUSTERS 3 film will eventually become. We have heard supposed plot details, possible actors, and a number of different bits and pieces being tossed around. We recently learned that Paul Feig, director of BRIDESMAIDS was in talks in an effort to snag the director's chair and that the third movie could be lined up for a huge reboot, possibly seeing a dominant female cast. Regardless of all of this confusion, recently there was a very special reunion that took place.
The GHOSTBUSTERS came together for the Reunions Cover of this weeks EW issue. It features the boys, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, and Bill Murray along with fellow cast member Sigourney Weaver all looking sprightly. It truly is great to see the gang back together, even if it is minus the late Harold Ramis. Hopefully this reunion will spark up some good news for the yet to be made GHOSTBUSTERS 3 film.
