The world has been going crazy over the recent release of Pokemon Go, which is a mobile game that uses augmented reality (AR) technology to allow users to search the physical world for monsters that exist through their smartphone cameras. It looks as though the AR concept is now making it's way to Horror.
Get ready for IFC Midnight and writer/director Martin Owen's upcoming film LET'S BE EVIL. Being described as a "future shock brain bender" the movie revolves around augmented reality and creepy children. Head on down below to view the official trailer.

"Desperately in need of money to care for a sick parent, Jenny (Elizabeth Morris) takes a job supervising children at a learning center for gifted students. But when she and two other new employees are ushered into a maximum-security underground bunker where eerily robotic children are outfitted with augmented reality glasses, Jenny finds herself thrust into a disturbing technological experiment in which she is an unwitting player in a terrifying virtual game."
LET'S BE EVIL comes to VOD and select theaters on August 5th.
