The Netflix original series STRANGER THINGS was quite the success with the debut of the first season. The series offered a nod to the supernatural classics of the 80’s and provided plenty twists and turns.
Star of STRANGER THINGS and the upcoming adaptation of Stephen King’s IT Finn Wolfhard spoke with People and revealed that a bit of darkness is coming in the second season saying:
“There are going to be some challenges that the characters face that are real, that are disturbing. I think this season will be a lot more dark. A lot more horror oriented. I think people are going to like it better than the first season.”
Millie Bobby Brown, who plays Eleven, had this to say about Season two of STRANGER THINGS:
"The next season is a year later, Eleven is obviously back, the boys, they are all together and we have our new cast members, Sadie Sink and Dacre Montgomery."
Sink plays a girl named Max, and Montgomery will take on the role of her older stepbrother.
The series stars Millie Bobbie Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Charlie Heaton, Natalia Dyer, Caleb McLaughlin, Dacre Montgomery, Sadie Sink, Joe Keery, Noah Schnapp, Sean Astin, Linnea Berthelsen, Winona Ryder, Paul Reiser, and David Harbour.
STRANGER THINGS Season 2 hits Netflix this Halloween.
