The Very Latest On THE CONJURING 3 Is Within!

These days, one of the biggest and most successful Horror franchises is James Wan’s THE CONJURING. The movie was able to put out a sequel, and has been able to create some spin-off’s such as ANNABELLE, the sequel ANNABELLE: CREATION, as well as THE NUN.

The first two CONJURING films both followed Ed and Lorraine Warren who did battle with supernatural forces that caused major problems for families in need of help. There is no doubt that a CONJURING 3 will be taking place, but who will be directing?

We have now learned that Michael Chaves will be directing THE CONJURING 3.

Chaves told THR:

“I am a huge fan of the Conjuring films. The movies are the rare combination that deliver both tremendous heart and awesome scares. It is both a total thrill and absolute honor to be working with James and the gang at New Line again.”

Last year we learned that New Line Cinema had chosen David Leslie Johnson to write the screenplay for THE CONJURING 3.

It has been confirmed that Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga, who play paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren, will be indeed be returning.

THE CONJURING 3 is expected out sometime in 2019.
