CHAOS.......dir. David DeFalco

Took a while but i finally got around to watching David DeFalco's "CHAOS" which stars Sage Stallone and a bunch of other actors I never heard of or had seen before. This film is a complete rip off of one of my all time favourites: LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT. DeFalco ripped the storyline; the characters; hell even the poster and film slogans (its only a movie...only a movie). While Craven's early masterpiece was sleazy and at times difficult to watch it was poignant and engaging. CHAOS is pure shit. DeFalco tried to out-do LHOTL and the result was total trash. The F/X were very good but the kills and rapes were just overdone and came across like the director's REAL intent was to disguise a rape filck as a horror film homage to the long lost exploitation films.

I love all types of horror and do like a lot of films labeled as "porngore" or "torturegore" but CHAOS is a sleazy film made for some half whit sleaze to wack off to. Avoid. lol

But I made diferent: got 3 bucks and stole 3 more from the wife's wallet, go to a market near and by a magazine that comes with a DVD of DRACULA (that with Cristopher Lee). Man, I feel that I did a good buness, but I'm sad now to not have watched last Jenna's film....
