Cryptkeeper paint-up step-by-step pics

I snapped this series of pics when I did my first attempt at painting a blank a few months back. Thought I'd share them nce we opened the new section.

Thanks for looking; Lee

1. Blank pull cleaned with alcohol to remove any dust or release agent

2. Deepest areas of the mouth and nose are painted first

3. Basecoat brushed around the detailed areas

4. Remainder of basecoat sponged on to prevent any brushstrokes

5. Dark brown stain added to give depth

6. Lowlights are airbrushed in

7. Eyes and teeth are painted and coated with 5-minute epoxy to give permanent gloss

8. Hair added to complete the finishing job

That's awesome!

Thanks for the tutorial man, I have been wondering what was needed to paint a mask.
