Dawn of the Dead 2

Believe or not, the producer Richard Rubisntein it's planning make a direct sequel for Romero's clasc Dawn of the Dead (1978), who finished with the survivors escaping in a helicopter, confirme by the te Hollywood Reproter. Tony Todd (from the Tom Savini's remake Night of the Living Dead) it's negociating to act on the sequel. I really don't believe that they could go longer with it, and I hope not. We are always saying how much we hate remakes, and the blank on the imagination and originality that comes from Hollywood it's making some of us very angry, it could be a light at end of the tunnel. But hell, if they'll do a sequel for DOTD, I want to see it!

I'm all for it if it's done well. As for Tony Todd? This is a guy that I loved in Savini's NOTLD and in Candyman. nce those films he's done such shitty movies and in those said films has acted uninspired.

Anyway...not to trail off. id love to see if this idea comes to fruition!
