I'm anxious to see how thick it is.

Paul brought this to Mask Fest and we were able to get a good look at it. It's actually got a really good thickness to it. These are obviously going to be pricier than any latex hood out there, due to the cost of licone, but like anything else from Paul it'll be worth every penny.
