New Live Action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in 2011

It's going to retell the origin story. It will be live action. The turtles will be people in costumes. They might use CG for the turtles' facial expresons.

That's about all we know so far.

nce they're rebooting the movie series anyway, let's hope they use this opportunity to make a more serious movie closer to the original comics.

A PG-13 Batman Begins style treatment of TMNT could really reinvigorate the franchise.

Needless to say, I'm stoked regardless of what they decide to do with it.

If they made this really violent (like it was originally) and made it a serious film and not comical this could absolutely be a good movie.
