HAVING TROUBLE UPLOADING MY PERSONAL AVATAR...HELP!

I have been trying for a few days now to figure out why I cannot upload a personal avatar pic. I have scaled down the ze and the picture meets those requirements but everytime I try and load it it just comes back to the same screen and the picture is not there, hence me having to have the H2 poster for my avatar pic. What's wrong, am I not holding my mouth right? some help from you forum bosses would be awesome!

upload your pic to someplace like photobucket (its free and i use it a lot)

then just use the link off te option and it will automatically re ze it for you
