Even Marshmellowy fat boys need love. Sounds like a diet even.. 40 % Carbs30 % Protein and 30% fat is what he needs.. we will whip his "cool whip loving" fat ass into shape.Thats right we'll get him ready for the ghost busters prequel. He'll be the BRad pitt " fight club" shape.. All lean and less fluff
