It kind of looks like a well made fan film.
Still, I'd love to see Plan 9 remade.
I'm a HUGE fan of "Ed Wood" the movie.

I guess you can call it a fan film if thats the way you see it but it will be out on DVD sometime. Theres also a more serious veron called Plan 9 being made the way Ed Wood intended it to be. Conrad Brooks (Officer Jamie from the original) gave his blesng (on Plan 9) and will be involved in it.
A less known sequel came out in 2005 called Brain Robbers from Outer Space with Conrad Brooks repring his role as Jamie the cop.
