Independent Captain Spaulding costume...

I've been on the search for a Captain Spaulding costume for quite some time now and I've been unsuccessful in finding one. So I was wondering, does anyone know of an independent Captain Spaulding costume or anyone that makes/could make one? The costume I'm speaking of is the clown costume at the beginning of House of 1000 Corpses and on the commercial in The Devil's Rejects, BTW.
