OK I will end the suspense. I got most of the parts and will begin work on it soon. Another guy was the first on Fright Forum to guess it.

Don't know why some of these pics came out like that but that grainy effect is cool! Kinda like a cornfield in the morning. Sweet!

Wait till I get it done in like 4 weeks lol.

I am trying to figure out how to construct a scarecrow cross to put behind him, and display the mannequin on. I was going to use boards but they would be too heavy and big for my place to make the foundation. I might just go with branches and mulate him stuck on the cross somehow. Any ideas? I would need something I could take down and store too, and I have very limited tools and work area, so that is the problem.

well, if you are JUST looking for something to keep him in the cross pose, then just use black pvc piping.

take care, Tommy

Thanks I thouight about that. But I just bought two longer boards, crossed them, and made a stand underneath. I can also place the cross against my wall if I have to, but I want the mannequin to hunch over forward like the crepper with his his down. The mannequin can hold the cross up too, but not sure with the arms hanging on it. I have to see how heavy they are. But the support base should ge the job done.
