Don Post Chris Lee Drac

I picked this black latex Chris Lee Drac up a few years ago but it was really starting to crack and the neck and nose were especially brittle. Rather than let it keep rotting on my shelf I sent it off to Kelly Mann to work his magic. I got it back today and am quite pleased with the job he did on it.

That is such an amazing score to begin with but the job Kelly Mann did was outstanding.

That's a very impresve piece of latex and it looks to be preserved well now. Does the gentleman that restored it redo the latex completly? I'm interested in getting a piece restored myself but I am unsure whether it would take away from the authenticity of the piece? Is having a mask restored genrally a good idea?

thats actually a really good question. if you can restore a piece to its natural state its usually a good idea but im not sure if that is a blanket case accross the board though. if a mask had a slight imperfecting it may be better to leave it in its original coniditon i would think. thats a toughy.
