Nice hock bro

A great start with your costume

For costume advice and for weathering advice you can ask member Wickedbeard or Ryan/aka Harry Warden

Very nice hock and costume.

I have to agree also on checking with our experts Wickedbeard and Harry Warden(Ryan) as they make some of the best ones I have seen.

I really think you should just go without gloves. Unless you're going for a zombie look and can't get decent zombie hands. If you go with gloves use a darker colored pair and not gardening gloves.

Check out costume stores and see what they have for the gloves and such. Sometimes you can even get them cheap enough to tear apart and make even better gloves with draker gloves as Dren said. The light ones are just a bit to off for the costume really.

Can you post better pics of the hock and some of pics of the inde.

The hock looks like a FVJ style hock...As for costume, as others have said... new gloves are key... something dark would help the look, weathered leather.

And if you want to make a complete FVJ costume, I highly recommend Rahl's work... he makes the entire getup for a very affordable price.

But if you aren't going for screen accuracy, some better gloves and you have a pretty solid non accurate to any film Jason.

looks much better bro.Never ever use gardening gloves.lol.Your suit in general looks good.I would love to see it in better lighting.I could get a better look at the whole suit.

Thanks a lot! that means a lot coming from you man.

The gloves really were the hardest part, especially nce there isn't much around to work with. I'd like to find a leather pair, something like

part 8's look but no luck thus far. I still need to find a way to bulk up with some padding but I still don't know what to use, I'm 6'1 / 6'2 but 170 pounds. A stick compared to the real deal. I'll get some pictures posted soon in better light. My suits still kind of a work in progress.

Your costume is coming together great bro.

I liked what you had draped around your shoulder's in the first set of pics.

I think it fits your zombie Jason look really well.

You should interpret that back into your costume.

I'm really diggin' the rib cage as well and nice hock btw.

Looking foward to your progress.

Great job.

Btw, your local costume shop, Spirit, or evilbay should have a padded muscle suit.

This may work and if not there fairly inexpenve anyway.

Thanks a ton insomniac! I had some moss looking stuff that I had from a zombie costume (where the ribcage came from as well

;) ) I just gotta figure out how to incorporate it to my costume without looking like jason is wearing a moss scarf. I did not know about evilbay so I'll definitely have to check them out, I really need those muscles for future suits. I'll have some more pictures up later on. Thanks a lot once again for checking my stuff out!

No problem bro!

I was at my local Wal-Mart today and came across a bunch of black leather gloves.

They were in the mens department.

They had a few different styles, so I think they may have what your looking for.

I believe they were about $15 a pair.

Btw, heres a link to the muslce suit on ebay... http://cgi.ebay.com/Muscle-Shirt-Adult-Costume_W0QQitemZ310173289242QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?var=&hash=item8e06db1edd

Hope this helps!
