New EXCLUSIVE Video Clip From APOLLO 18

Dimenon just released the latest excluve clip for APOLLO 18. Check it out below!

Look for APOLLO 18 in theaters everywhere September 2nd, 2011.

Plot Synops: Officially, Apollo 17 — launched December 17th, 1972 — was the last manned mison to the moon. But a year later, in December of 1973, two American astronauts were sent on a secret mison to the moon funded by the US Department of Defense. What you are about to see is the actual footage that the astronauts captured on that mison. While NASA denies its authenticity, others say it’s the real reason we’ve never gone back to the moon.

I'm looking forward to this film a lot. It's a great mix of a bunch of random shit I enjoy, being found footage/shaky-cam, horror in general, and also the questions surrounding the moon landing.

I hope I'm not disappointed.

PG-13 hey? Not convinced that a modern day PG-13 horror movie can be scary yet. Disappointing

PG-13 hey? Not convinced that a modern day PG-13 horror movie can be scary yet. Disappointing Both the Paranormal Activity films and INDIOUS were PG-13 films and trust me, I use to think the same way but then I realized that if Halloween the original were to come out today, it too would be rated PG-13. In fact a lot of horror clascs such as the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre would be rated PG-13 nowadays but they are such strong films that it really doesn't matter and that's why I give more films a chance that are rated PG-13 and plus this film to me looks kinda cool.

I know what you mean, and don't get me wrong, I don't think gore, nudity and profanity is what horror needs and what makes horror scary... BUT if a movie is to be scary and horrific, then it needs to be higher than a PG-13. If the movie is condered suitable for kids ages 12 and under, then really, how scary can it be?!

Paranormal Activity 1 + 2 were both R and I disagree with Halloween and TCM getting re-rated as PG-13 if it were to be released today. I haven't seen Indious yet so I cant comment on that, but I think a few exceptions ade, the general idea of horror to be scary it make it UNsuitable for kids 13 and over. And with the found footage genre I think this should be strengthened (condering PA1+2, Rec, Blair Witch etc. were all R).

I do agree that this film does look cool though! :)

I stand corrected on Paranormal Activity, I had no idea that it was rated R. I'm guesng it's only for the language but if a movie is rated PG-13 then it doesn't mean it is suitable for kids ages 12 and under, it means it suitable for kids 13 and older.

If you haven't seen INDIOUS then I recommend you do because it might change your mind on the PG-13 rating Apollo is getting. On the other hand, a film that is rated PG-13 and should have been R is that new Shark Night 3D.
