AMC'S Zombie Bowl Is Coming Plus A Peek At The New PLANET OF THE APES Figure Line!

It is no secret that February 2nd is when the Super Bowl goes down. Every channel that does not air the game tries their very best to compete with the incredible ratings.

AMC is bringing to you The Zombie Bowl, which is an all day marathon of THE WALKING DEAD. AMC likes to bust out a WD marathon whenever they can it seems, and this is a great time for once since the second half of Season Four will be coming back on February 9th, which is one week after the Super Bowl.

With all of the talk of the new film DAWN OF THE PLANET OF THE APES, NECA Toys have released a teaser video which gives us a look at the new figure line. The line will be available this summer and will be bringing quite a bunch of Apes merchandise.

With the new product line going hand and hand with the release of the new film, they will be bringing characters and ideas taken from the classic films as well as the latest entry. Fans will be able to enjoy characters such as Caesar, Koba, Maurice, Cornelius, and a great number of others from the franchise.

DAWN OF THE PLANET OF THE APES stars Andy Serkis, Jason Clarke, Gary Oldman, Keri Russell, Toby Kebbell, Kodi Smith-Mcphee, Enrique Muriciano, and Kirk Acevedo.

Synopsis:

"A growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier. They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth’s dominant species."



DAWN OF THE PLANET OF THE APES will be in theaters on July 11th, 2014.
