New Video Arrives For INDEPENDENCE DAY: RESURGENCE!

Twentieth Century Fox and company are pushing forward full steam ahead with the long awaited sequel to INDEPENDENCE DAY. Hitting theaters this Summer, the alien invasion follow-up will be screening almost exactly 20 years after the original. Going by the title of INDEPENDENCE DAY RESURGENCE, director Roland Emmerich looks to make sure that the sequel pays respect to it's predecessor and takes things to a whole new level.

Last week we brought you a marketing video for INDEPENDENCE DAY RESURGENCE that was disguised as a United World News Broadcast. Today we bring you yet another treat for the upcoming film that poses as a recruitment video for Earth Space Defense. INDEPENDENCE DAY RESURGENCE stars Bill Pullman, Jeff Goldblum, Vivica A. Fox, Judd Hirsch, Brent Spiner, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Liam Hemsworth, Joey King, Maika Monroe, DeObia Oparei, Jessie Usher, Sela Ward, and William Fichtner.

Synopsis:

"Using recovered alien technology, the nations of Earth have collaborated on an immense defense program to protect the planet. But nothing can prepare us for the aliens’ advanced and unprecedented force. Only the ingenuity of a few brave men and women can bring our world back from the brink of extinction."









INDEPENDENCE DAY RESURGENCE will be in theaters June 24, 2016.
