New Official Trailer Arrives For SLENDER MAN!

The legend of the Slender Man character began in 2009 as a creation by Eric Knudsen on the Something Awful forum. Ever since then, the Slender Man took on a life of his own reaching folklore status, and has now become part of pop culture by appearing in video games and independent features. The figure even has a HBO documentary created titled BEWARE THE SLENDERMAN.

The new SLENDER MAN film from Screen Gems is directed by Sylvain White. The script was penned by David Birke and Mike Scannell. The film stars Joey King, Annalise Basso, Talitha Bateman Julia Goldani-Telles, Jaz Sinclair and Alex Fitzalan.

Synopsis:

“In a small town in Massachusetts, four high school girls perform a ritual in an attempt to debunk the lore of SLENDER MAN. When one of the girls goes mysteriously missing, they begin to suspect that she is, in fact, HIS latest victim.”



SLENDER MAN is set to be released on August 10th.
