New NECA "Friday the 13th" Collection This Halloween - The Definitive Jason Voorhees

From Figures.com comes some exciting news F13 fans. This Halloween, NECA will be releang a new collection of Friday the 13th collectibles featuring 7-inch action figures and full scale mask replicas.

The two hockey mask replicas capture Jason Vorhees' looks from his hockey mask-wearing debut in 1982's Friday the 13th Part III and also his more damaged look in 1984's follow-up, Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter. Each are made from ren and hand painted, and also include leather-like straps so you can wear the mask or hang on the wall for display. SRP of $29.99 each.

For the action figures (below), NECA set off to capture the definitive Jason Voorhees. The Jason you think of when you picture him in your mind. NECA came out of that process with a regular and a battle damaged veron of the menacing Mr. Vorhees. The battle damaged Jason comes with a spear gun and a machete, while the definitive Jason comes with his axe and a machete.

Nice masks, and figures, but again...when will we have the figures for Jason Voorhees from F13 parts 5 and 8?? Neca still doesn't get it.
