Must See New Trailer Arrives For FRIDAY THE 13TH: THE GAME - Plus Jason’s New Look Is Revealed!

Fans of Jason Voorhees have been very eager to experience the upcoming FRIDAY THE 13TH: THE GAME from Gun Media and IllFonic in partnership with Crystal Lake Entertainment. Continuing to move forward with great progress, it will not be much longer now until the new game is released.

Today we bring you a wonderful package of Friday the 13th delight as a brand new must see trailer has arrived for the game. In addition Tom Savini’s fresh look for Jason is fully revealed, as well as his take on what Jason looked like under the mask from JASON GOES TO HELL. “This trailer highlights a new song from Crazy Lixx ("Killer"), and features a host of new brutal kills and a first look at Jason models from Friday the 13th Part 8: Jason Takes Manhattan, and Friday the 13th Part 9: Jason Goes to Hell.

New version of Jason Voorhees, created exclusively for Friday the 13th: The Game by the legendary horror icon himself, Mr. Tom Savini

This is the first Jason Voorhees created by Tom Savini since Friday the 13th Part 4: The Final Chapter (1984), and the first new Jason in the series since the 2009 film reboot.

At the end of Friday the 13th Part 9: Jason Goes to Hell, Jason gets drug into the depths of hell, seemingly gone forever. This Jason model reflects Tom Savini's interpretation of what might have happened to Jason after this epic event.”



The first ten images are of the new Jason and the last two are from JASON GOES TO HELL.

























FRIDAY THE 13TH: THE GAME is a third-person, asymmetrical multiplayer title where one player controls Jason Voorhees while the remaining seven control camp counselors trying to survive the night.That’s right…1v7 multiplayer set in the semi-open world of Camp Crystal Lake! It’s a classic horror fan’s dream, no shaky cam, no found footage. We want you to know we’re revitalizing the golden era of slashers, and putting you at the controls of each horrific, blood-splattered moment.

Kane Hodder reprises his role as Jason Voorhees via motion capture. Also on board with the project are FRIDAY THE 13TH Alumni Tom Savini, Harry Manfredini, and Sean S. Cunningham.

FRIDAY THE 13TH: THE GAME is being developed for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4, for release in Early 2017.
