Biggest Movie Flop Ever

In your mind what is the biggest movie flop that ever came out? Something that enjoyed good hype and people were excited to go see.....

Dont mess with the Zohan. That was one of the worst Adam Sandler movies I have ever seen. I wanted to leave the theater early because it was so bad. All the funny parts were in the commercials.

TCM3?? I actually loved that movie!

hrm....I saw that "Lady In the Water" or whatever it was called in the theatres and fell asleep....total bore fest.

Van Helng....saw that as well and fell asleep. Sucked.

and recently on cable i saw the Adam Sandler/King of Queens guy "comedy" where they pretend to be gay for insurance money......I was embarrased for the actors. It sucked sooooooo bad. what a piece of doggy doo.

TCM3?? I actually loved that movie!

No offense, Ken rocked and that guy from LOTR was great too. It just seemed kind of rushed that's all ;)

I have a couple for now. Anything M. Night Shyamalan has come out with nce the xth Sense. Dracula Dead and Loving it.....I know it was destined to be restarted but gesh, I am a big Leslie Nelson fan but that movie sucked so bad I walked out of the theater. Jason X sucked monkey balls but we knew that from day one when we heard Jason was going to be in space. I will come up with more but this should do for now....

When you say Flop do you mean, it still made a ton of money but it didn't meet expectations or do you mean it had a ton of type and some how managed to tank at the box office?

Jason X- horrible shouldn't even be part of the series it was retarded. I get depressed just thinking about it...lol

jeepers creeper- the song ruined it...ok movie but wasn't scary at all...like lake placid.

zombie nation- worst makeup I've seen in a movie. the coverart on the box was a complete mis-representation of what they looked like in the actual movie. storyline matched but it wasn't good enough to save it.

there's more- too early in the morning to think properly though

"Wilson the volleyball"

in Castaway.

Blair Witch 2.. One question.. Why ?

Why kill a good thing. I don't get it.. Why not make "Blair witch 3" Starring "superstar phenom Billy Dee Williams

" THIS TIME ITS PERSONAL ""

"Blair Witch 3.. Coming soon to theaters near u

I remember now...

SAW SAW I SAW II SAW III SAW IV SAW V

Think SAW VI will suck too...
LÜCKMANN Tuesday 12/16/2008 at 08:42 PM | 28343
Oh, I'm sure many people would agree about some of these sucking but the first film is far from a flop.

The original "SAW" was received well and made a ton of cash at the box office (I can't say the same for the sequels).

I remember now...

SAW SAW I SAW II SAW III SAW IV SAW V

Think SAW VI will suck too...

somebody said blair witch 2 but i thought the first one was a waste of 2 hours. it just had so much hype and when me and my boys went to see it at the theatre we was like damn, it was all shaky and went dark in spots. not a good movie when your stonned.

I must disagree about the Saw movies. I felt that the first 3 were really good. Part 4 went a little to over the edge, but I still liked it and I still enjoyed it...

I have not yet seen Saw 5, but will own it. I feel everyone is intitled to there own opinion, but for the Majority I would say that the Saw Franchise must have made it great otherwise there wouldn't be anymore sequels and yet they are still making them...

Worst movie??? hahahahahaha TCM 4 Next Generation... my god, what the hell happend??? I didn't care for TCM 2 either... The first one was GREAT and I enjoyed TCM 3 as well... "Bisco's Cut for TCM 3 ROCKS!!!"... Much more gore! --Ryan

Well, having the Hype but still making boat-loads of cash I have to say (a bit off topic here...) Star Wars: Phantom Menace and Indiana Jones Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

How about the Love Guru, it was hyped up sooo much, but didn't even make that much money this summer. I unfortunately watched it, and yes, it was BAD...

Phantom Menace would've been better without JAR-JAR... I heard somewhere that director Kevin Smith re-edited Epi.1 by cutting out all the scenes of JAR-JAR and named it the Phantom Cut. After that he sent a copy to Lucas but unforunately never got a reply...
