*****NON HORROR POST******NON HORROR POST*******SUE ME, LOL*******

Alright guys, not sure where to post this. Sorry mods if this gets moved, LOL!I have been a huge wrestling fan nce birth (geek), through the good times and the bad (bastion booger). But I have to say if any of you guys are fans and caught Wrestlemaina tonight you know what I am talking about when I say WOW! From Flair and Michaels stealing the show to the Undertakers 6th title run it was in my mind one of the better Werstlemania's I have seen in years. Sorry we just got done watching it and I figured there might be a few of you out there (dorks) that are fans as well. Good times....

im glad Flair went out in style

no surprise about taker

i figured CM Punk was going to win the money in the bank match he was overdue for a push

Kane surprised me big time (and guerro too shortest championship match i ever saw lol)

mayweather lol like he was going to lose after getting paid 20 million to be there

im glad Orton won lord knows im ck of Cenas and triple H has had his time

yep im a dork

I will have to agree with you on everything King Bisco except I was shocked they kept the belt on Orton. Again sorry guys for posting this here, if there are enough fans I may add a "sports" section to the forum or something to that nature. The Flair Michaels match was everything I expected Flairs last match to be, very emotional and I would not be surprised if Michaels doesn't have some broken ribs from that botched moonsault.
Horror Domain - Cursed Evil Overlord Monday 3/31/2008 at 02:57 AM | 6950
This is for you Flair, watched you perform most of my life and I still can't believe it's finally over . . . you went out in style

WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

i think HBK is a little to old to be trying that stuff lol

i was amazed he even tried it
Johnny Bisco Monday 3/31/2008 at 03:00 AM | 6952
Michaels shows up in every match he is in. I will agree with you I almost feel bad for him when he pulls some of those things but hey he is after all the show stopper Anybody ever been to Wrestlemania?
Horror Domain - Cursed Evil Overlord Monday 3/31/2008 at 03:02 AM | 6954

i wanted to go to ford field last year but ended up not going due to my memory of 93,000 leaving the lverdome and ford field had almost 88,000 i believe

i didnt want to get stuck in all that traffic especially in downtown Detroitits worse there than Pontiac where the lverdome was

at least the lverdome had its own parking ford field does not

Don't leave me out . ..

just haven't been to a Wrestlemania LOL.

The Flair match was by far my favorite followed by Taker getting the gold (hopefully he doesn't get hurt this time).

I still wish Big Show would have won and HHH will win that belt again!!!!!!! LOL

I just looked it up, Flair with be 60 next year. Although he should have probably retired 15 years ago tonight proved that on the grandest stage he could still be the nature boy. It really was a cool match. Sam you a fan of wrestling?

Wow... I got lost in this thread. It's been so long. I used to be a big wrestling fan, but dropped it like a bad habit for whatever reason. Probably when I found out it was fake (mind you, I was like 8). But anyhoo, Justin you mentioned a "sports" section earlier. That would come in handy next football season! Maybe then I could really contribute. Oh... and GO BRONCOS

^^Sorry. Talking sports got me all riled up. Come on... it's the offseason.

Myers31TKD Monday 3/31/2008 at 03:36 AM | 6962
FAKE, WAIT A MINUTE! WRASTLIN IS FAKE???? Yeah Patrick football is my "real" sport of choice by far. I am a huge HUGE NFL fan (go Colts)and your right I am thinking a sports section might be kinda cool. We will see what everyone else thinks. Let us know if your a sports fan and if you would like to have that be a part of the forum. I for one vit quite a few sports boards (never post for some reason) and I think it would be great to discuss it with you guys instead of people I really don't know.

I was JUST about to mention that. I just bought the "extended cut" the other day... and it's awesome. There's a scene that they left out with PJ. It's... it's... glorious.

lol. Good.

Enough beating around the bush though... she shows her cans. The scene would be perfect if they didn't cut between that and Bill every 5 seconds.

Flairs farewell tonight brought tears to my eyes.....................

I have been to monday night raw in anehiem california a few times. HBK is the man! I think I have a replica belt somewhere that I got about 12 years ago.

I put Ian in a sharp shooter the other day and I will still rock a figure four ever now and again.....lol

If you ever catch me on a trampoline look out for my lightning driver its the coolest finishing move ever, it will crush you.
quietonthesetstudios Tuesday 4/01/2008 at 11:04 AM | 7144
I would have to say mick foley is my favorite because he is just insane. I think the cage match with the undertaker was nuts back in the day when he got choke slammed into the ring from the top of the cage.
quietonthesetstudios Tuesday 4/01/2008 at 11:07 AM | 7145
Ric Flair is the man!!!!

WHOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
jackinthebox600 Tuesday 4/01/2008 at 08:47 PM | 7178
Definitely the GREATEST ending to any match I have ever seen, the Flair HBK match will go down in history. The old yellar storyline ending perfect with HBK not wanting to put the old dog down and Flair standing there begging him to do it. It still gives me goose bumps. I know it is fake, I know it can be really really stupid, but moments like that are the reason I will never stop watching wrestling.
Horror Domain - Cursed Evil Overlord Tuesday 4/01/2008 at 08:58 PM | 7181
Agreed...i will never forget this match.

It was reported that Flair was very emotional before the match and many thought he couldnt go out there and do it....i mean you can see Flair was really crying before HBK did the final super kick.....Yes, wrestling is fake, but to a guy like Flair, its very real.... :-)

I hope he comes back and manages or something......Hate to see him leave.....
jackinthebox600 Wednesday 4/02/2008 at 12:02 AM | 7200
Yeah Andrew there was no faking the emotion that took place not only between HBK and Flair but the whole crowd. What made epic matches like Hogan-Andre and all the other epic bouts wasn't the great wrestling styles it was the emotion of the moment. The wrestling buness often ruins moments like these lately but you could really tell they wanted to pull this off and big. Flair was a wreck during the HOF, Wrestlemania and Raw the next night. It is nice to see someone so pationate about something go out that way.
Horror Domain - Cursed Evil Overlord Wednesday 4/02/2008 at 12:11 AM | 7204
Last night's Raw was almost just as hard to watch . .. when HHH came out you know Flair had no idea they were going to do that huge good bye . . .he was acting all Nature Boy character but as soon as HHH's muc hit Flair burst into tears.

They had built this feud between Hogan and Flair but it never happened due to Hogan jumping to WCW soon after. Instead we had Flair loose the title to the Nacho Man Randy Savage.

I was there! I loved how Taker beat Jake 'the Snake' Roberts.

You or BooMan need to post up some pics. . . .but then you'd have to scan them . .. upload them and then that's before zooms so the wrestlers would look like ants probably LOL.

Uhhhh WOW!

On the one hand I'm extremely disappointed this wasn't aired and on the other I'm so glad you found this Booman . ..after all, Undertakers wrestled with Flair years ago and that was extremely cool.

Then having Vince break character (probably why this wasn't aired) and run down there was a great ending to that tribute.
DaShape Sunday 4/06/2008 at 03:57 PM | 7668
good find man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! why on gods green earth wasnt that shown? i understand vince not being shown seeing as how he "tried to end his career" a couple weeks ago

Johnny Bisco Sunday 4/06/2008 at 05:06 PM | 7676
well if you guys remember this is wrestling and kayfabe is still used. So in "wrestling" world time Vince is the one that made Flair retire when he got beat, having him come out would ruin some sort of storyline they have planned I am sure. As for Taker. Again in the "rasslin" world the Undertaker is the dead man and never shows emotion although he was fine 5 years ago when he rode a chooper to the ring dressed like a bouncer but that is bede the point I thought it was a great clip and man Vince really embraced him, like he couldn't wait for the show to go off the air and get out there. Good piece of video. Now the question is, if Hogan would have officially retired a few years ago would he have had the same huge send off?
Horror Domain - Cursed Evil Overlord Sunday 4/06/2008 at 05:09 PM | 7677
I thought the exact same thing about Hogan.

Has he officially retired like that though?
DaShape Sunday 4/06/2008 at 07:34 PM | 7686
No and I am not sure Hogan will ever officially retire. I do believe there was a time when it would have been huge if he had a formal retirement like Flair but Flair is so much more respected by the guys in the back. Plus with Naitch wrestling is his life. Hogan always seemed like he liked wrestling but loved the fame more. Hogan wouldn't put younger talent over like Flair would. Having that much respect from fans and his peers is why I believe the Flair retirement will never be topped. You throw in the fact that Flair is an emotional guy and it really tugs at the ole heart strings. It will be interesting to see what role Flair will play now that he is no longer wrestling.
Horror Domain - Cursed Evil Overlord Sunday 4/06/2008 at 11:06 PM | 7718

It'll be good but he won't show emotion I bet

Horror Domain - Cursed Evil Overlord Sunday 4/06/2008 at 11:55 PM | 7725
