It's no surprise that the fifth season of AMERICAN HORROR STORY subtitled HOTEL has been a hit. This time around, at the Hotel Cortez we have been viewing even darker story lines along with loads of murder and deceit. As this season continues to press on, a bit of information has arrived pertaining this season as well as the upcoming sixth season.

One of AHS showrunner Ryan Murphy's favorite people to work with is undoubtedly Emma Roberts. She had been long rumored to make a return appearance somewhere near the end of this season of HOTEL but as it turns out things have changed as she tells Yahoo!:

"We tried to make it work, but I’m leaving town to go do a movie and they’re shooting the last two episodes right now."



The current star of SCREAM QUEENS however has plans to return to AHS next season saying:

"Ryan and I said next season we’ll do something amazing and devilish. I love this season, I watch most of it with my eyes closed, but I think I get the gist. I love Lady Gaga so much, so I was like, 'Next season I want to work with Lady Gaga for sure.' "

The as-of-yet untitled Season 6 of AMERICAN HORROR STORY will air on FX in 2016.
