HorrorBid's Hot or Not? The 'Jamie Lee Curtis' Edition

In what could be the most frivolous thing we've ever done (and we're always trying to raise the bar) we reach out to you the horror fans to lift up or tear down some of the most popular scream queens in movie history. Many of our most beloved horror movies feature young no name actresses that are put in tuations many established Hollywood starlets wouldn't be caught dead in.

And this is where you come in. These no name actresses have either went on to bigger and better things (such as our first hot or not screamer) or their careers have nose dived into the abyss. But did they do their job, were they eye candy enough for the role they played.

To put it mple, are they hot or not? You vote, we tally the results and life someone gets better by the day. This week and to kick start this new feature we start off with one of the original slasher scream queens, Jamie Lee Curtis. Michael Myers is one of the most popular slasher icons and the 1978 John Carpenter original Halloween is herald rightfully so as one of the greatest horror movies ever made. But was Jamie Lee hot or not? You decide...

She's definetly the queen of scream queens from the late 70s to the early 80s!! I do think she was extremely hot in Trading places and Blue Steel

Jamie is the scream queen in THE holy grail of horrors and nothing can ever change that. She did a superb acting job and played the quintessential American girl next door. That being said I do not find her hot at all (PJ was the hottie of the film) really but she definately nailed her role. Female horror icon? yes.........hottie? nah (am i going to be struck by lightning??? )
