Leatherface Has A Cousin, and Her Name Is Alexandra Daddario

Variety just broke some interesting Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D casting news. It appears the Percy Jackson & the Olympians and Hall Pass star Alexandra Daddario is in final talks to star as the pictures lead.



Daddario, as long as final negotiations meet fruition, will play Heather, who, as outlandish as it may sound, is Leatherface’s coun. But, don’t let me stop there, as things get a tad stranger; Heather is on her way to claim an inheritance with some friends, when she runs into her less than gracious familia whom she…apparently owns (I know, it sounds a bit far fetched, but hey, we're traveling in a unique direction, right?).

I guess we’ve all wanted our own Leatherface from time to time…no better way to dispose of pesky vitors, after all.

Daddario joins the already announced Bill Mosely in front of the cameras. John Luessenhop (Takers, Lockdown) has been tapped to direct the film.

As we previously reported, Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D is scheduled for an October 2012 release.

I know it sounds weird but cool and hopefully it turns out to be awesome the only thing I do not hope it turns out to be like the next generation that movie made me mad enough break the tape from where I rented from.
