I don't understand why nothing can be done about this. I mean is there a way to report things when you're just suspicious? There is the "Report This Item" thing. You can if you suspect that it includes: Counterfeits and copyright violations Fraudulent listings

Does this fall into those categories... or are we helpless?

Ebay has gotten ridiculous with all the scammers. I don't purchase merchandise(masks) on ebay anymore.
