A Change Is Made To AMITYVILLE: THE AWAKENING - Official Trailer Is Within!

The next installment into the AMITYVILLE film series titled AMITYVILLE: THE AWAKENING has been in the works for a long while now. A very promising official trailer hit the scene some time ago (see below). A release date was even made, but then the movie was pushed back into the land of wonder until it was then given a release date of April 15, 2016. We have learned that the film has now been officially moved forward to April 1, 2016.

Director Frankc Khalfoun and Producer Jason Blum should be happy with this as the film will in fact be receiving a wide theatrical release

AMITYVILLE: THE REAWAKENING stars Jennifer Jason Leigh, Bella Thorne, McKenna Grace, Cameron Monaghan, Taylor Spreitler, Thomas Mann and Jennifer Morrison.

Synopsis:

“Belle, her little sister, and her comatose twin brother move into a new house with their single mother Joan in order to save money to help pay for her brother’s expensive healthcare. But when strange phenomena begin to occur in the house including the miraculous recovery of her brother, Belle begins to suspect her Mother isn’t telling her everything and soon realizes they just moved into the infamous Amityville house.”



Remember AMITYVILLE: THE AWAKENING will hit theaters on April 1, 2016.
