Fresh News On SAW: LEGACY Within!

After having spent many years in silence, it looks as if the SAW franchise is still underway. It has been a little while since there was any fresh news on the SAW: LEGACY project that Lionsgate is developing. Today we bring you an update.

We have learned that two cast members have been announced for the film.

First up is Laura Vandervoort, who is known for the V revival, SMALLVILLE, BITTEN, and SUPERGIRL.



Also joining SAW: LEGACY is Hannah Anderson who is known for her appearance in the TV movie LIZZIE BORDEN TOOK AN AX.



There are no details on either one of their roles at this time.

The team of Josh Stolberg and Peter Goldfinger were hired on to pen the script for SAW: LEGACY. In addition to that, SAW franchise creators James Wan and Leigh Whannell are also on-board as executive producers. Michael and Peter Spierig direct.

SAW: LEGACY will be arriving into theaters on October 27, 2017.
