Bringing you the best in Horror Movie News, and all things Horror.

The new adaptation of Stephen King's IT has been coming together for a great while now. The plan for the project is for it to be presented in two separate films which is being produced by Dan Lin, Roy Lee, Seth Grahame-Smith and David Katzenberg. MAMA director Andy Muschietti was hired on to helm this new adaptation.

Some time ago we got our first full look at the new Pennywise and needless to say, it certainly has certainly got people talking.

Now that things are really cooking, Stephen King himself recently was shown a copy of the film and here is his reaction to having had watched the first part of the upcoming remake to his Classic.

Original Synopsis for IT:

"It’s a small city, a place as hauntingly familiar as your own hometown. Only in Derry the haunting is real… They were seven teenagers when they first stumbled upon the horror. Now they are grown-up men and women who have gone out into the big world to gain success and happiness. But none of them can withstand the force that has drawn them back to Derry to face the nightmare without an end, and the evil without a name."

September 8th, 2017 is the current release date for Part 1 of the new adaptation of Stephen King's IT.
