Re: Gothic Love Story or Sleazy Fairy Tale? Meridian (1990) Review

Some love it but I'm just not one of them.

It had so much potential but I think Band missed the mark on every chance.

I mean, it looked great as do most of Band's 90's movies but other than that, I just couldn't get into it.... read more

I saw this on a google search, it was on michaelmyers.net, but the actual post says the picture was removed... Is this a behind the scenes shot or something?

Re: 'Silent Hill: Revelation 3D' Takes a Sexy Turn With New Nurses Teaser Trailer!

Awesome movie, i love it so much

I think it had its strong points and weak points. Some scenes were amazing and I loved some of Bassets original ideas, and then some scenes had this 'made-for-t.v. movie' feel with cheesy dialogue. The movie wasn't as good as I thought it would be, but eh,... read more

Re: Thirty Years to Doomsday: My top 5 of 1982

1982 is most likely my favorite year of horror. 1981 seems to be the favorite among horror fans, but I feel '82 has a wider palatte of goodies to offer. Anyway, my 5:

5. Slumber Party Massacre - It's generic at first glance, but the originality really comes out on repeat viewings. 4. Isla... read more

you picked Robs Halloween as your #1? You must be new to this, or in your pre teens. That was a horrible movie, whose characters you cant wait to be killed off. And the hole backstory on Michael, please. That movie was a turd, and should have never carried the Halloween title. Rob showed us that he ... read more

I'll have to disagree with you about RZ Halloween 2.

I personally think it's the most underrated of the series.

I think it's a true masterpiece!

It served true justice that the remake didn't.

Rob kept going back and forth from John Carpenter still to his o... read more

Re: The HALLOWEEN Series Reviewed So In-Depth You'll Need Dr. Loomis To Help You Sort It O

I personally don't feel we need to know why he wears the mask.

What made Michael Myers so scary in the original was not knowing any of his motivation, environment, or if he even had a reason to choose a certain mask.

I do agree however that Rob Zombie's remake was well done. read more
